Iowa Family Law CLE Courses

This course will inform new lawyers and remind seasoned lawyers involved in family dispute resolution how to view the parenting plan from the client’s perspective.

This program will unpack the historical issues confronting LGBTQ clients with regard to family law and reproductive rights and will discuss how to utilize the law to creatively represent these clients and advocate for further changes and protections.
