Florida CLE Requirements
Requirements
The Florida State Bar requires attorneys to complete 30 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every 3 years. Attorneys must complete:
- 3 hours in technology
- 5 hours in legal ethics, professionalism, substance abuse, or mental illness awareness
- 2 hours via the free Florida Legal Professionalism course produced by The Florida Bar
28 Florida CLE credit hours can be earned online with LexVid.
Reporting
Florida Bar members report their CLE credits by logging into their account at https://member.floridabar.org and entering the course number included on their certificate of completion.
