This program will help attorneys prepare for the inevitable crises in their practice, guiding them through the steps they should take before, during and after, and giving them valuable communication tips for dealing with colleagues, clients, and the media.

In part 2 of this course, attorneys will learn how to present a compelling story to the jury by employing tactics used in the theatre.

This presentation will cover how storytelling can help lawyers to cut through all of the noise and distractions of everyday life in order to connect to the jury on a human level.

Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt Part 2

Part 2 of this program will give viewers tips and tools taken from Shakespeare aimed at finding their rhetorical power in the courtroom.

This course will explore some exercises that will help you to expand your capacity for human connection so that you can relate more to your clients.

The program will instruct viewers on how to harness the tools of Shakespeare to persuade juries in oral argument, chief among them the power of rhetoric.
