This is one of the best Lexvid courses I have viewed. Common sense, practical approach; clarity about market expectations and why normal contracting requirements will probably not be accepted by a vendor; best ways to protect yourself even in an unfair bargaining position. Excellent course.

Incredibly informative and way more interesting than expected

If you are an in house counsel in a highly regulated, highly technological company and you work on contracts, chances are they are mostly tech contracts. The information provided in a concise way is such a great reminder of things to negotiate and revise for your client. I've been doing this a long time. But, I still got a lot out of this presentation.

He kept talking about "the deck" which I took to mean the written materials. There was an outline on the screen so you could follow what he was talking about but I saw no other materials The guy was very good and clearly specialized in this type of work
