How long have you been in the arena of secured transactions?
- ManuelN
Answer
I have been in Secured Transactions for over 20 years now. Thomson Reuters (Westlaw) published my 2-volume treatise -- "Security Interests in Personal Property" -- in December 2025. It will be substantially updated in late 2026 or 2027. You can find it on Westlaw and in law libraries.
