Did some (haha, too much) M&A work in the distant past and this is the best 'short course' on the most important points, viz., pros/cons of asset v share acquisition, the cyclicality of the 'deal cycle' etc. Beyond that, the thoughtful section on the arty's ability to prepare clients 'emotionally' for the deal cycle, holding hands when necessary, etc., was just fabulous! Drafting mistakes/changes can be made until the deal closes; keeping clients on track from the beginning is critical to getting to closing. Great presentation, no ahs or uhms, even pacing throughout, uses pauses ver well.
