The Rules of Professional Conduct relating to conflicts appear deceptively simple, but they are truly complex. This seminar will take a deep dive into Rules 1.7-1.10 and the nuances of each rule. This seminar will include discussion on corporate conflicts, disclosure of conflicts, joint representation, and navigating conflicts overall. Conflicts affect every practice area, so this seminar is great for any type of practitioner.
