It does not matter which medium you use, the Rules of Professional Conduct apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This seminar will discuss Rules of Professional Conduct 1.6 Confidentiality and others associated with attorney presence online. This seminar will also discuss how to ethically respond to negative online reviews from clients and third parties. In addition, this seminar will use real life case scenarios to reinforce the ethical rules that can be violated. If you are often online, this is a seminar you will not want to miss.
