This course is superb. Michael has one of the best presentations for trial lawyers I've ever seen. A lot of people discount theater, acting, screenwriting as not important to a trial lawyer's effectiveness. Communicating ideas, motivating action, and pursuing sensibilities is all about this. If a trial lawyer into his career or her career has not figured this out they might want to revisit it. Shakespeare is still revealed today not just for the stories but for the resonance of his language .Terrific program.

This was an interesting and outstanding course! As a thespian and musician, it provided me with new ideas to implement not only in Court, but in dealing with clients and colleagues. Thank you!

Easily one of the finest instructors in this program for the following reasons: (1) the depth of preparation; (2) the strong use of visual and oral techniques; (3) the clever use of quotes from a variety of sources to illustrate a point; (4) the mastery of the subject matter; (5) the passion in the presentation.
