On March 3, 2022, the President signed into law the Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act. The new law does not ban arbitration of sexual harassment cases, but rather provides that arbitration or litigation are optional. This program presented by Bob Fitzpatrick will unpack what is known and unknown about the new law and its potential effects on various types of sexual harassment and sexual assault cases.
