Excellent presentation - Mr. Fitzpatrick's world-weary but hopeful manner allows questions (and head scratching) without losing hope.

Really appreciated his blunt, hold no prisoners, approach.

Pointing out the preconditions (mediation, waiver of a jury trial) was important to learn; as was the fact that retaliation claims are not addressed in the statute.
