Are you a government lawyer, or want to be? Join this seminar to learn more about identifying who your client is and how you should ethically handle the attorney-client relationship. This seminar will also explore social media in terms of government lawyers and best practices.

* Understand the attorney-client privilege and to whom it extends in government work
* Understand and discuss Rule 1.7 regarding conflicts and government attorneys
