The State Bar of Minnesota requires attorneys to complete 45 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every 3 years. The 45 MN CLE hours must include:

• 3 hours of Ethics / Professional Responsibility
• 2 hours of Elimination of Bias
• 1 hour of Mental Health / Substance Abuse

All 45 Minnesota hours can be earned online with LexVid.

Reporting for your three-year period is due by August 31st of the final year in your assigned reporting cycle. You can find your CLE category on your Attorney License card or by logging into your OASIS Attorney Record. To report your CLE compliance, simply log in to your OASIS account and submit your hours.

Attorneys may not carry over any credits into the next reporting period.
