Ed Leyden has successfully represented companies and individuals across the United States and around the world. Ed is a Past Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation, Committee on Employment Taxes, and has been elected as a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. In the course of a career which has included membership in the National Tax Department of a major accounting firm and as a name partner in a prominent D.C. corporate defense firm, Ed has advised a diverse group of clients, including technology companies, health care enterprises, global financial institutions, National Football League players, the online gaming community, and major sports leagues. Ed earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce & Engineering at Drexel University and received his law degrees from the University of Baltimore and the Georgetown University Law Center.
