Before any business can hold itself out as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), it must satisfy all of the regulatory requirements. In this program, Gunjan Talati, government contracting attorney with Thompson Hine, covers each of those requirements and highlights eligibility issues that could affect a clients' business. Mr. Talati will also help attorneys understand how to bring and survive various challenges to eligibility status.
