The Body and Soul of Business Valuation: Part I - Reviews

I thought this presentation was generally outstanding, with very interesting ways to think about business valuation. I particularly liked the "physical representation" of valuation concepts. I scored the written materials a 3 because the "value change with time" slide (around 3:01 in the presentation, depicting the events of September 11) was startling and somewhat upsetting.

Very high quality CLE and speaker brings in interesting similes.

Some aspects were pretty technical, but serves to emphasize that valuation is not an easy, one step process.

he went into a lot of detail and I was relieved when he reminded listeners that one of is primary objectives was for us to use this knowledge to be better able to hire valuation experts.

This presenter is an amazing and brilliant human being. I am so glad he is there to do all the math. I appreciated his examples, the weaving in of talmudic law, metaphysics and, even spirituality.
