Rapidly developing artificial intelligence (AI) is presenting a number of issues and ethical traps that lawyers practicing today need to be wary of. This program will give practitioners an introduction to AI and related technologies, inform them about the latest ethical rules and regulations involving AI in the law (including judges’ rules and decisions), and discuss where the law is heading, including intersections with state privacy law (e.g., the CCPA) and international issues.
