It is back to the basics with this seminar. If you are a new attorney, or an upcoming attorney this is a seminar that may be right for you. This seminar will explore how to read and understand the Rules of Professional Conduct. This seminar will also delve into the application process on who to become a lawyer, in connection with ethical obligations. We will also go through a general disciplinary complaint process and look at some case law.

* Explore Rule 8.4 regarding attorney discipline
* Explore the application and disciplinary process of becoming an attorney
* Explore Rules 5.1 and 5.3 regarding supervisory authority
* Discuss how to "not become a lawyer" and that being an attorney is a privilege, not a right
