Come to this seminar and go back through the basics of how to request public records, draft and respond to interrogatories, request for production, and requests for admission. We will also discuss e-discovery and a step my step procedure of how to manage and collect it. While discovery may not be the most fun, it can be tolerable with the right foundation!
