I would love the opportunity (which I know won't happen) to discuss with the presenter this: to try to correct issues in the minority or poor or underrepresented communities at the college level is like trying to fix a tree when the bark, soil, and roots are a problem. Those persons receive a sub-par education. So - THAT is where the correction for past discrimination should be addressed. FANTASTIC summary of this issue by this presenter. Thank you. - Susan
