Scott Hervey is a shareholder with the firm Weintraub, Genshlea, Chediak, whose practice focuses on intellectual property matters, issues concerning the Internet, licensing and entertainment law. He lectures regularly on music law for California Lawyers for the Arts, and has been a guest instructor of Entertainment Law at McGeorge School of Law. He frequently speaks on the law of the Internet in California and intellectual property law for the California State Bar, National Business Institute and Lorman Educational Services. Additionally, Mr. Hervey has authored a number of articles on intellectual property and entertainment law for various legal and industry publications, and is frequently quoted in news sources such as Wired, The Business Journal and The Boston Globe.
