Scott Hervey is a shareholder with the firm Weintraub, Genshlea, Chediak, whose practice focuses on intellectual property matters, issues concerning the Internet, licensing and entertainment law. He lectures regularly on music law for California Lawyers for the Arts, and has been a guest instructor of Entertainment Law at McGeorge School of Law.
