Harvey Hyman Bio

While practicing in California from 1986 to 2007 Harvey Hyman repeatedly received the highest rating (AV) for skill and integrity by the Martindale-Hubbell Rating System. During those years Harvey won millions of dollars for clients who sustained a TBI caused by negligence. He also served as a member of the board of the Brain Injury Association of California, wrote many articles on TBI and TBI litigation, and lectured to groups of people interested in TBI including lawyers, health professionals, and TBI survivors. At this time Harvey has transitioned to being an ordained chaplain providing spiritual support to patients in hospitals. However, he maintains a strong interest in the medical science of traumatic brain injury and how it affects the physical, mental, and emotional health of persons who are affected by TBI.
