He specializes in commercial litigation, including defense of professional liability claims, insurance bad faith and coverage litigation, complex construction litigation involving design professionals, and environmental and toxic torts. He has experience handling the defense of 1st party and 3rd party insurance coverage claims related to bodily injury and property damage, including earthquake damage, and water damage claims, and has developed an expertise in the nature of various contaminants and waste disposal practices, insurance claims and underwriting issues.
