This was one of the most engaging LexVid courses I have viewed.

Wendy Patrick is an excellent speaker who makes the hour long class informative and interesting. The material is presently clearly and thoroughly. I recommended this course to a former classmate and would recommend it to others.

Great presentation. Difficult subject. This presenter separated bias from actionable discrimination, and recognized bias is not bad. Very good. At times, even she confused the law with the reality, but she always returned to the cases and laws. This is really a "Prohibited Discrimination in the Workplace" lecture. You may want to more accurately reflect the content in the title.

Well worth while

She was really knowledgeable and had fantastic examples and was engaging. Enjoyed the presentation.

Teaching method could be improved with use of visual component. This is a video program, but all I have to look at is a talking head. That's a lost opportunity.

I would have preferred the written materials/powerpoint to track the presentation better and be more comprehensive materials for future reference.

Ms Patrick presents a case intensive analysis of California bias and discrimination laws that most attorneys will find useful in their practice.

I would have liked to have had some examples from corporate law departments and not just law firms.
