There were a several key decisions handed down in the 2021 term of the Supreme Court affecting arbitration. This course will break down 5 of these decisions and discuss their potential ramifications and probable future litigation on these issues. The program will also cover the new Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021, which promises to lead to substantial future litigation.
