I had no idea how complex this area of the law is. I thought this seminar would be fun, but it is really thought provoking. It never occurred to me as a bankruptcy lawyer that cannabis farms were prohibited from filing for bankruptcy. Cannabis is a Schedule 1 drug along with opioid and fentanyl. That is insane.
