Very informative and precise. I enjoyed this presentation.

Speaker is very knowledgeable. Has power point presentations. He also provides draft estate planning documents. Highly recommended if you practice family law or estate planning. May be a little deep if you only dabble in those fields.

The course was helpful, although I was actually hoping to learn a little bit more about estate planning than divorce.

There was some information which was incorrect per A.R.S Arizona Revised Statutes section 25 which pertains to Family Law and Probate and Guardianships. In the video the instructor referred to this as CR 25 CR stands for a prefix in the Superior Courts here in Arizona indicating a criminal case before as a case number and has nothing related to divorce or wills and trusts.

Great presentation and great materials. Thank you for providing the extensive paper on wills and trusts. Much of this is new information for me and will certainly enhance my practice and benefit my clients.

Very well presented; probably because the speaker wasn't rushed as much as some of the 50 min and 60 min programs. This is a concern in est planning that is not frequently covered.
