There have been a number of local, state, and federal enactments during the pandemic that have impacted the ability of property owners to evict residential tenants. Part one of this program Part 1 of this program will cover this controversial topic. In part 2, the speaker will cover the constitutionality of these moratoriums, particularly in Florida. The speaker will cover the law as it relates to these matters and will discuss several examples from particular cases.
