The presenter was spot on. Early in my career, I did work fro developers who were constantly trying to get government entities to acquire some of the developers land for freeway off ramps. etc Many of the same questions were raised. Thank you a great presentation

I really liked how this lecture utilized an actual (and interesting) case to discuss the various strategies used. I'd love to see this style of format for other areas of law: M&A, Commercial Litigation; Family Law; Wills and Trusts. Clients names and specifics would need to be modified to protect their confidentiality, but it would be a great training tool of how to work up a case.
