Have you ever wondered if you have an unconscious bias? This seminar will delve into the school of thought of “if you have a brain, you have a bias”. We will explore bias in the legal profession from representing clients, managing a law firm, and internal promotions. We will go through examples of where bias can creep up on you without even realizing it. We will also touch on the Rules of Professional Conduct, particularly Rule 8.4(g). Rule 8.4(g) prohibits bias while practicing law. If you want to know what this means, join the seminar, and find out!
