Drafting discovery is one of the least liked parts of litigation. Discovery breads animosity and the worst personality traits of lawyers. This seminar will provide some tips, checklists and tricks in drafting and responding to discovery. This seminar will also touch on civility in conduct when in the weeds of heated discovery disputes. Attorneys can be civil, and be effective, during the discovery phase with a little bit of constraint.
