The LGBT movement has made significant leaps forward in recent times. Yet there is still significant work to be done with respect to LGBT civil rights in the workplace. Sadly, such discrimination exists even among lawyers and law firms.

In this program, esteemed employee rights attorney Carol Gillam will address the current state of the LGBT civil rights movement on the state and federal level, and will teach attorneys and law firm managers how to recognize and combat employment discrimination of LGBT individuals within in the legal field.
