Often, identifying billable hours is easy. Sometimes, it's not. That's when attorneys run the risk of over or under billing, and clients can find unexpected line items in their bills. Drawing on California's new and proposed ethics rules, this presentation will help attorneys understand the rules around this point so that they can avoid violating their ethical obligations to clients.
