In workplace and school investigations, an investigator may interact with additional persons in addition to complainants, respondents, and witnesses. These individuals, known as third persons, often act in a supportive capacity. Challenges and benefits arise when interacting with such third persons during the fact-finding process. In this program, Christina Ro-Connolly and Neil Bautista explore the best practices when navigating interactions with various types of third persons.
