North Carolina CLE Requirements

Requirements
The State Bar of North Carolina requires attorneys to complete 24 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every 2 years. The 24 NC CLE hours must include:
- 4 hours of ethics / professional responsibility
- 1 hour of technology
- 1 hour of professional well-being
Complete all 24 North Carolina CLE hours with LexVid.
Reporting
The deadline to report is 40 days after completion; LexVid will report all of your LexVid credits to the North Carolina CLE Board for you within 30 days of program completion. No additional fees are required for reporting.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 12 credits into the next reporting period; all carryover credits apply toward general credit only.
