Excellent presentation on the danger of implicit, unconscious, cultural, confirmation, and other related bias, including microaggressions (the "thousand cuts"), the need to recognize and mitigate or even eliminate same including with human interaction, the role of independent review of decision-making processes which could include same, and the recognition of the role that humility plays in recognizing and resolving this subliminal issue. So much better than I had expected. Being a Black American, I thought I knew the subject fairly well (intuitively, I guess), but the course showed me more, and relevant, unconscious biases in myself than I imagined. Well done!!
