The attorney-client privilege is a critical aspect of client relations. However, attorneys often misunderstand the mechanics of the A/C privilege and confuse it with the duty of confidentiality. This program will give attorneys a thorough review of the A/C privilege as well as practical guidance on how to use and preserve the privilege based on the speakers' real-world experience.
