Excellent course! Instructor clearly knew his stuff. The written materials were meaningful, but the slides didn't change as instructor talked, and you had to hunt for right one, which was annoying. But overall, an excellent course.

This is a great how-to lecture for beginning or modestly experienced lawyers on preparing witnesses for deposition, with just a short segment at the end on tips for taking depositions. I have a lot of experience with depositions already but I still found this video helpful, and I found myself agreeing with virtually every bit of advice I heard during this hour. It's solid and detailed.

Fantastic information, but a little slow at points.

Always to great to get a fresh perspective

I really liked this course. I mostly do tax work including tax preparation and, even though I don't do litigation, this is useful information in interviewing clients with tax controversies. This information provides great guidance in questioning a client to get the information needed to have the elements to qualify for different approaches to solving a situation with tax agencies. Further, it is useful for counseling clients on what to say if a tax examiner approaches them; so that they do not say something that can be used against them later. I will put this information in my desk reference for easy access and review it regularly.
