Lots of interesting and concerning things to think about especially because I do work remote sometimes not even have my own law firm in the past where some of these things definitely would have been red flags.

This course was particularly excellent in its practical approach to everyday issues faced by lawyers instead of hypotheticals that we may never come across. The two presenters were down to earth and excellent.

Tandem teaching was interesting

The dialog model - having them talk to each other - was far better than the other videos I've watched with just one attorney droning on and on. The examples used were real world. Their conversational skills were quite strong.

I really appreciated this training! I liked the fact that the two trainers had give and take in their comments. I especially appreciated that they promoted civility and reasonableness in the practice of law. This was helpful and I would enjoy hearing a training from them continuing on additional fact patterns. Thank you to both of them.

The practical experience of the lawyers was very helpful, but I would have appreciated a reference to the particular rules and letter of the rules that were being discussed.
