Great real life examples.

I liked the format of the course. The two instructors had a good rapport. While the content of the course was mostly a common sense approach without a detailed discussion of apposite Rules of Professional Responsibility, I enjoyed the discussion.

Good interaction between the 2 attorneys. Some the of items about missent emails hit close to home.

I thoroughly enjoyed the real life scenarios. They were practical and engaging.

Really excellent and enjoyable! Important topic as well. After hearing the discussion of home office when you don' t have a dedicated room, I'm very glad I live alone -- and was during the pandemic! Made it much easier to deal with a part of my living room being my office.

I am glad to hear you talking about hoŵ to handle misrepresentation of facts and lawyers an their clie ts lyimg and getting away with it. That is what i came here for and i got the answers i needed. I would have liked to have heard more about other situations such as not properly representing your own client properly. I think you did a good job of going into detail to explain the info discussed

The presenters acknowledge that their presentation is primarily focused on litigation. It would be helpful if the course description mentioned that. Otherwise, they were excellent.
