Practicing law in the modern age can present a number of ethical traps that lawyers need to be wary of, especially when it comes to working from home. This program will confront a number of ethical issues faced in everyday practice and will provide tips and best practices on how to avoid violating your ethical duties. The speakers will present several fact patterns and discuss optimal ethical behavior regarding issues such as virtual lawyering, inadvertent disclosure, and civility.
