Course Description

Length: 59min    Published: 4/6/2021
The coronavirus epidemic and the societal measures taken in response has placed a tremendous amount of pressure on working adults. Lawyers, who already suffer from stress, anxiety, and substance abuse in far greater numbers than the general public, are especially feeling these effects. These pressures can greatly impact a lawyer's efficiency and adherence to their ethical obligations. This program confronts the mental health issues lawyers have been faced with as a result of the epidemic, including distress, depression, substance abuse, isolation, and anxiety. It also gives lawyers a number of tools they need to combat these negative impacts and stay on a path toward a healthy, purposeful, and productive lifestyle.
Learning Objectives
