This advanced course will take an in-depth look at the issues involved in the legal and ethical issues involved in drafting a surrogacy contract. Topics covered include the ASRM guidelines, the need for separate representation, managing client expectations, enforceability and parentage, insurance issues, breach provisions, tax issues, and more.
