West Virginia's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Requirement:
West Virginia requires attorneys to complete 24 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every 2 years. The 24 WV CLE hours must include at least 3 hours of legal ethics, office management, attorney well-being, or elimination of bias in the legal profession.
