West Virginia's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Requirement:
West Virginia requires attorneys to complete 24 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every 2 years. The 24 WV CLE hours must include at least 3 hours of legal ethics, office management, attorney well-being, or elimination of bias in the legal profession. Up to 12 credit hours can be earned online with LexVid's on-demand courses.

West Virginia attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by June 30th every 2 years on even-numbered years.
