Virginia's Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Requirement:
Virginia requires attorneys to complete 12 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit hours each year. The 12 VA CLE hours must include at least 2 hours of Ethics / Professionalism, and at least 4 credit hours of Live/Interactive programing. All 12 credit hours can be earned online with LexVid's on-demand and live courses.
Virginia CLE Compliance Deadline:
Virginia attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by October 31st each year.
Virginia CLE Reporting Deadline:
Virginia attorneys have until December 15th at 4:45pm EST to report their CLE hours earned that year.
