LexVid is a South Carolina accredited CLE provider. Satisfy 8 of your 14 South Carolina CLE credits, including ethics and substance abuse.
Requirements
South Carolina requires attorneys to complete a total of 14 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 14 SC CLE hours must include at least:
- 2 hours of Ethics or Professional Responsibility
- 1 hour of Substance Abuse (every two years)
- 6 hours must be live
8 of 14 South Carolina credit hours can be earned online with LexVid's on demand courses.
Reporting
LexVid will report your Oklahoma CLE credits. Your credits will appear on your transcript within 30 days of completion.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 14 credits into the next reporting period, including up to 2 Ethics credits. Substance Abuse and Alternative Delivery Format credits are not eligible for carryover.
