Rhode Island requires attorneys to complete 10 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit hours every year. The 10 RI MCLE hours must include at least 2 hours of ethics.

Rhode Island attorneys must complete their MCLE requirements by June 30th every year.
