Rhode Island's Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Requirement:
Rhode Island requires attorneys to complete 10 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit hours every year. The 10 RI MCLE hours must include at least 2 hours of ethics, and 1 hour of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Rhode Island MCLE Compliance Deadline:
Rhode Island attorneys must complete their MCLE requirements by June 30th every year.

Rhode Island attorneys have until June 30th every year to report their MCLE hours earned.
