Requirements
Rhode Island requires attorneys to complete 10 Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit hours every year. The 10 RI CLE hours must include at least:
- 2 hours of ethics
- 1 hour of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- 4 hours must be live
Earn 6 of your 10 Rhode Island CLE hours with LexVid's on demand courses.
Reporting
LexVid will report your Rhode Island CLE credits. Your credits will appear on your transcript within 30 days of completion.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 10 credits into the next reporting period.
