Requirements
The Nebraska State Bar requires attorneys to complete 10 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours every year. The 10 NE CLE hours must include:
- 2 hours of professional responsibility (ethics)
- 5 hours must be live
- Up to 5 hours may be taken online with on demand programs (including the required professional responsibility credits)
Complete 5 of your 10 Nebraska CLE hours with LexVid's on demand courses.
Reporting
LexVid will report your attendance information within 30 days of program completion.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 5 credits into the next reporting period; ethics and distance learning credits are not eligible for carryover.
