Mississippi CLE Requirements
LexVid courses are accredited for CLE credit in Mississippi. Complete 6 of your 12 Mississippi CLE credits with LexVid's on demand courses including professional responsibility/ethics.
Requirements
Mississippi requires attorneys to complete 12 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 12 MS CLE hours must include:
- 1 hour of Professional Responsibility / Ethics
- 6 hours of live
Complete 6 Mississippi CLE credit hours with LexVid's on demand courses.
Reporting
Your CLE requirement must be completed by July 31st each year and reported to the Commission on the CLE Annual Report Statement by August 15th. Be sure to include Mississippi's $1.50 fee per credit hour, which can be paid by check, cash, or money order.
Carry Over Credit
Attorneys may carry over up to 12 credits into the next reporting period; ethics credits may be carried forward as general credits.
