Mississippi CLE Requirements
Mississippi's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Requirement:
Mississippi requires attorneys to complete 12 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. The 12 MS CLE hours must include at least 1 hour of Professional Responsibility / Ethics. Up to 6 credit hours can be earned through distance learning courses, including online with LexVid's on-demand courses.
Mississippi CLE Compliance Deadline:
Mississippi attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by July 31st each year.
Mississippi CLE Reporting Deadline:
Mississippi attorneys have until August 15th to report their CLE hours earned by July 31st of that year.

How are my hours reported to the Mississippi CLE Board?
Your CLE requirement must be completed by July 31 each year and reported to the Commission on the CLE Annual Report Statement by August 15. Be sure to include Mississippi's $1.50 fee per credit hour, which can be paid by check, cash, or money order.
