Hawaii's Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Requirement:
Hawaii requires attorneys to complete a total of 3 Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit hours each year. Every 3 years one of those 3 credits must be Legal Ethics.
Hawaii CLE Compliance Deadline:
Hawaii attorneys must complete their CLE requirement by December 31st each year.
Hawaii CLE Reporting / Filing Deadline:
December 31st is also the reporting deadline for Hawaii attorneys. Courses taken online with LexVid will be reported to the Hawaii State Bar by LexVid on the attorneys behalf.
