This was enjoyable and informative.

Gary Laturno is very easy to listen to. However,I felt like the video was made several years ago. Not as current as I would like. LexVid needs to post when the videos were created so we can make better decisions as to which ones to watch. That said. Mr Laturno presented a light informative presentation. After listening to it, I've learned that it is better to go the route of Chapter 7 vs Chapter 13 bankruptcy when considering a foreclosure or short sale.

Informative, but I wish he had spent a little more time explaining the exact mechanics of a short sale, maybe by using a brief example. I'm honestly still fuzzy on what a short sale is exactly, which is frustrating because it was presented as generally the best option for an underwater borrower.

Well researched, comprehensive and practical information in accompanying slides.

Good course! Has both professional and personal applications! I will use this for myself.

I like Gary Laturno, but this course is too old. It is from the era of the housing crisis which is over. It talks about programs that no longer exist such as HAMP. Gary makes most of his money from real estate, so this course is slanted that way. He says its a bad idea to sue big banks. And it may be for what he does. But other attorneys help their clients by doing just that.
